To open an account and use services on the bdff platform, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must use this service voluntarily and with full awareness.
• You will conduct transactions in your own name and on your own account.
• Funds deposited into your account must come from a legitimate source.
• Each individual may operate only one account.

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on the bdff platform: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 by any method.

Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank in Bangladesh. Deposited funds are generally reflected in your bdff account quickly. If there is a delay, contact the support team with your transaction reference number.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Standard withdrawal processing time is between 30 minutes and 3 hours.

Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit — bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Account verification must be completed before withdrawing. Withdrawals may be partially restricted if an active bonus wagering requirement is still in progress.

bdff offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳42,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus giving a total balance of ৳62,000.

bdff reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If bonus abuse is identified from the same person, device, or payment account, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

The bdff VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

VIP tier progression depends on your consistent activity. bdff reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits.

All betting and gaming activity on the bdff platform is entirely voluntary. Each bet outcome is independent and does not depend on previous results. All slot games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which ensures fair play.

Live casino games offer the opportunity to play with real-time dealers. All game results are final and verifiable.

bdff offers betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. All odds are updated in real time and may change before a match begins. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the relevant bet amount will be refunded or settled according to standard rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdff platform and may result in immediate account cancellation if violated:

• Activities related to fraud, deception, or money laundering
• Using bots or automated software
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform
• Attempting to influence the system by colluding with other users
• Conducting transactions using third-party funds
